This pocket park once occupied the space beyond the covered walkway near the Visual Arts Building and the Neuberger Museum of Art entrances, circa the mid-1990s.
As both pedestrian path and roof to occupied spaces below, the mall required extensive renovations in the early- to mid-2000s to address leaks and crumbling infrastructure.
The big difference?
The new CMFT—Center for Media, Film, and Theatre—now stands between the old bookstore and the PAC.
